- At the checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Some products may offer only one option. Your total shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout prior to the completion of your order
- We only deliver to mainland UK
- We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man
- You will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to do so, your order must be received and authorised by 11am or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding National holidays and are exempt from the Express Delivery calculations
Tracking Your Order
When can you track your order?
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Orders placed on iRobot.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of product you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your product(s).
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, "Your Order History" on iRobot.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Read the information provided below on this page to learn the difference between tracking information and the order status.
Finding Your Order Status

Checking your email.
You were required to enter an email address during checkout. You will receive emails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
Click on My Account at the top of any page. If you already have an account at iRobot.com, sign in under the Registered Customers section to access your Order History.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by iRobot.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx or DHL) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from "Your Order History" on our website when it becomes available.
*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after a product is shipped from our warehouse.
Most orders for In-Stock products begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock product will be shipped once the product is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any product until it is shipped to you.
For example, if you order an In-Stock product on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Expected shipment times appearing in your Shopping Basket specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at its final shipping destination. Backorder products are products that are not yet currently in stock. You will be notified of the delivery status of your backorder product via email if you sign up for the notify me service.
Pre-Order products are products that are available for purchase on our site in advance of the manufacturer's release date for sale to the general public. Pre-Order products are shipped directly to you once the approved release date arrives. You will be notified of the status of your Pre-Order product via email. You will not be charged for any product until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, "Pre-Order only: shipping in 4 - 6 weeks") is indicated in your Shopping Basket.

Estimated Delivery Dates
Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination.
When we can accurately calculate Estimated Delivery Dates, we'll provide them to you during Checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email and Order History. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.
