What is the iRobot Trade-In Program?
The iRobot Trade-In Program lets you trade in your old robot for the upgrade you want. Start by learning what could be your trade-in estimate.
How does it work?
Trading in is simple! Start by clicking “Get Started” to initiate the process online. Estimate your trade-in value, purchase a new Roomba® robot, and use the pre-paid shipping label to send us your old robot. Once we receive and verify the model, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
If I trade my robot in, what kind of credit will I get?
The credit amount depends on the model you trade in. After we receive and confirm your model, the credit will be returned to your method of payment, and you will be notified via email.
¹ After your robot purchase is complete, iRobot must receive, inspect, and accept your trade-in for you to receive a trade-in credit. Trade-in credit may vary and is based on the model of your trade-in. Not all products are eligible for trade-in credit. Trade-in credit is only available for Roomba® robot vacuums and Braava® robot mops. iRobot Select membership robots, iRobot Education robots, Clean Base® Automatic Dirt Disposals, Aeris or Klaara air purifiers, accessories, and restored or refurbished products are specifically ineligible for trade-in credit. The trade-in credit value is set by iRobot in its sole discretion and will be provided upon receipt of trade-in robot as a credit on the original payment method provided during your order. Trade-in program is subject to availability and limits and iRobot may modify or cancel the trade-in program in its sole discretion with or without notice. iRobot or its trade-in partners reserve the right to refuse, reject, or limit any trade-in transaction or the quantity of any product for any reason. If the trade-in product was financed, you must satisfy your financing obligations prior to submitting the product to the trade-in program.
