1. Organiser. This prize promotion is organised by SHIVA Groupe SAS located at 7 Rue de la Baume, 75008 Paris, France, SIRET number 497 835 868 00033 (“iRobot”).

2. Promotion. The promotion is a social media giveaway to promote iRobot and the Roomba® Max 875 Combo. The promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. By entering the promotion, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material relating to this Promotion. A copy of these terms and conditions shall be available online for the duration of the Promotion and for 4 weeks following the Promotion Period, at iRobot Competition Terms.

3. Promotion Period. The promotion starts when the Giveaway Post (as defined at paragraph 5 below) is published on Sep 5, 2026 and closes at Sep 15 2026, 23.59 CET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be valid. All entries received after the expiry of the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.

4. Eligibility. The promotion is open only to natural persons who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and a legal resident in Germany, the United Kingdom, metropolitan France, or the Netherlands. Employees, officers, contractors, and agents of iRobot and its group companies, and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household members, may not participate and are not eligible to win a prize.

5. How to enter. To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) follow the relevant iRobot account,@irobot.fr, @irobot.uk, @irobot.nl and @irobot.de on Instagram and/or Facebook; (b) like the iRobot IFA Roomba® Max 875 Giveaway post (the "Giveaway Post"); and (c) comment on the Giveaway Post of why you need a Roomba in your life (the "Prompt"). The Prompt should be labelled "#ad" (the "Entry Process").

6. Bonus entries. Once a participant has submitted an entry by the Entry Process, participants may receive additional bonus entries by tagging another person in the comments during the Promotion Period, (the "Bonus Entry Process"). Participants must not tag people who are not genuinely relevant to the promotion or otherwise act in a way that breaches applicable platform rules.

7. No purchase and costs. Free to enter promotion. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. iRobot will not charge any entry fee. Participants are responsible only for their normal internet, mobile, or other communication costs, if any.

8. Entry limits. Each participant may enter once by satisfying the requirements of the Entry Process. Once the Entry Process is satisfied, each Participant may then obtain additional bonus entries by meeting the requirements of the Bonus Entry Process expressly described in the Giveaway Post. For each person tagged, the participant receives one additional entry. iRobot may disqualify duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries.

9. Prize. There is one prize available across Germany, the United Kingdom, metropolitan France, and the Netherlands combined. The prize is one Roomba® Max 875 Combo, with an approximate value of EUR 1099. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative is available.

10. Personal data. iRobot will process participants’ personal data only to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner, deliver the prize, handle complaints, and comply with legal obligations. Personal data will not be used for other purposes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with iRobot’s privacy notice, available at iRobot Privacy Notice.

11. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that iRobot may publish the winner’s social media handle, first name, surname, county and country of residence and winning entry for the purpose of announcing the result, unless prohibited by applicable law or the winner objects on legitimate grounds. If you object to your social media handle, first name, surname, county and country of residence and/or winning entry being published or made available, please contact the iRobot lcourtney@irobot.com. In such circumstances, iRobot may still provide the information and winning entry to a relevant regulator on request.

12. Fair conduct. Promotional materials and entries must not be misleading, unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. iRobot may reject or remove entries that breach these terms, platform rules, or applicable law. 

13. Social Media Accounts: A Meta / Instagram account is required for entry. Entrants must be the owner of the account from which the entry is received. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or entry, the authorised account holder of the account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder for the account. Any entrant using multiple Meta / Instagram accounts to submit entries will be disqualified from the promotion. Except as provided in the Entry Process or Bonus Entry Process, in the event that an entrant submits multiple entries in a single day via Meta / Instagram, the first entry only shall be accepted.

14. Changes and cancellation. iRobot may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical issues, platform changes, legal requirements, or other circumstances outside iRobot’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from running as intended.

15. Complaints. Questions or complaints about the promotion may be submitted to lcourtney@irobot.com. Complaints should include the participant’s name, contact details, and a description of the issue. iRobot will review and respond to complaints within a reasonable period.

16. Governing law. These terms are subject to applicable mandatory local consumer protection and promotional gaming laws in the participant’s country of residence. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights that participants may have under applicable law. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED BY THE COURT HAVING JURISDICTION AT THE PLACE OF RESIDENCE OF THE PARTICIPANT; OR, AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE PARTICIPANT, BY THE COURT HAVING JURISDICTION AT THE PLACE OF RESIDENCE OF THE ORGANISER.

17. Language. These Terms may be made available in English and other languages. The English-language version is the original version. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail, except to the extent otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in the participant’s country of residence.
